Accessibility Statement

The European Fire Prevention & Rural Preservation Organization (EFPRP) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards. 

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. 
The website www.efprp.org is currently partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially compliant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. 

Measures to Support Accessibility

The EFPRP takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:

• Inclusion of accessibility as part of our internal mission statement.
  
  

• Continuous training for our content staff.
  
  

• Clear heading structures and readable fonts (Sans Serif).
  
  

• Alternative text (Alt Text) for meaningful images.

Enforcement Procedure

This procedure is to be used in the following case: You have notified the website manager of a lack of accessibility that prevents you from accessing content or one of the services of the portal and you have not received a satisfactory response.
