*The minimum price per certification is listed, but the final cost may vary based on several factors, including the size of your space and your location. After we receive your request, we will provide you with a detailed quote within 24 hours. Our certification process involves both a virtual review and an on-site evaluation. 
Fees are allocated to the risk assessment and auditing process. Therefore, payments are non-refundable regardless of the certification outcome. The WP-LSC label is a private voluntary standard of the EFPRP. It verifies compliance with specific preventative measures at the time of audit but does not guarantee immunity from wildfires nor replace local government mandates.

Yes. The WP-LSC certification is applicable across all European Member States. It is designed for a wide range of properties, including private rural estates, agricultural land, and vacation residences.

We audit your property against the three pillars defined by the EU’s prevention framework:

  1. Landscape Management: 
    Compliance with vegetation buffer zones and fuel load reduction.

  2. Infrastructure Resilience: 
    Verification of water access, access roads, and defensible space around structures.

  3. Preparedness: 
    Confirmation of evacuation planning and safety protocols.

 

Upon submission of your request, a tailored quotation will be issued within 24 hours.

Subsequently, our technical team conducts a preliminary remote evaluation (approximately 1 week). Following this review, a Certifying Officer will coordinate with you to schedule the mandatory on-site audit.

The complete certification cycle is typically finalized within three weeks, with the official label issued immediately thereafter.


Your initial certification fee includes the first renewal at no additional cost. This ensures your coverage remains valid for a second year.

From the third year onwards, standard renewal fees apply. To reward long-term compliance, you will automatically receive a 10% discount on this and all subsequent annual renewals.
