Copyright, Intellectual Property & Licensing

Institutional Identity

EFPRP stands as a European institution dedicated to public good, yet committed to protecting its unique identity. Our intellectual assets are divided into two categories: Public Interest Data, which is open and freely accessible, and Institutional Assets, which are safeguarded under strict legal protection. This dual-status ensures both transparency and the preservation of our integrity.

Open Data & Research

Our datasets, CSV files, and annual statistical reports are released under the Etalab Open License 2.0, fully compatible with CC-BY 4.0. Users are encouraged to share, adapt, and even use this data commercially, provided that proper attribution is given to EFPRP.

Standard Citation Format

To ensure compliance with the attribution requirement, please use the following reference style:
"Source: EFPRP - [Name of Dataset/Report], [Year]. URL: "https://example.url..."

QRTI Protocol: Proprietary Methodology

The Qualitative & Reputational Trust Index (QRTI) is EFPRP’s proprietary auditing technology. QRTI is not data, but a specialized framework built on three pillars:

- Institutional Weight (evaluating the authority of sources)
- Recursion Depth (tracking data provenance)
- Neutrality Vector (assessing objectivity).

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • Permitted: You are authorized to cite the QRTI Level (e.g., "This document is rated QRTI Level 1") in your own work.

  • Prohibited: You may not sell, or claim authorship of the auditing criteria or algorithms.

  • Credits: The QRTI Protocol was developed by the European Fire Prevention & Rural Preservation Organization (EFPRP) for the exclusive use of the EFPRP.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

While the EFPRP strives for the highest accuracy (QRTI Level 1 standards), all "Open Data" and public reports are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

  • Third-Party Data: The EFPRP aggregates data from external sources (e.g., Copernicus, National Banks). We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of third-party primary data.

  • No Liability: The EFPRP shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the reuse, misinterpretation, or application of our published datasets.

The Dual-Status Principle

Trademarks & Authorization System
