Digital Communications Supervisor (Volunteer)

We require a distinguished strategic leader to oversee the Social Media & Digital Communications department, ensuring that all digital outputs are perfectly calibrated to the EFPRP’s high-level organizational goals. As the Supervisor, you will bridge the gap between executive vision and operational execution, ensuring that every campaign we launch upholds our reputation for excellence. 

You will provide mentorship to a creative team, manage departmental resources, and serve as the final quality control point for our public-facing digital content. This role demands a leader who can maintain a macro-view of our European strategy while ensuring the micro-details of our daily communications are flawless.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor the Social Media Designer, Manager, and Creator.
  • Approve all major campaigns, press kits, and digital releases before publication.
  • Align digital strategies with the organization's annual goals and mission statement.
  • Implement and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the department.
  • Facilitate professional growth and training for team members.

Must Have

  • 2+ years of experience in digital communications or marketing.
  • Proven leadership or management experience.
  • Strategic thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities (Agile/Scrum methodologies).
  • Native or C2 level proficiency in English.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in crisis communications.
  • Prior work with European Union projects.
