Talent Acquisition Specialist (Volunteer)

We are looking for a relentless and sophisticated Talent Acquisition Specialist to serve as our primary headhunter. In this proactive role, you will not wait for applications; you will hunt for excellence. You are tasked with identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier professionals who possess the unique blend of skill and passion required for our mission. Acting as an ambassador for the EFPRP brand, you will network extensively across Europe to build a pipeline of future leaders. 

You will be the first point of contact for potential hires, selling them on the vision of the EFPRP and ensuring we have the human capital necessary to achieve our ambitious goals.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, databases, and networking.
  • Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and assessments.
  • Represent EFPRP at job fairs and university career events.
  • Market the EFPRP as an employer of choice.
  • Negotiate offers and close hires for specialized roles.
  • Analyze market trends to advise on competitive compensation.

Must Have

  • Proven track record in recruitment, headhunting, or sales.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Persuasive communication abilities.
  • Resilience and self-motivation.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting for non-profits or technical roles.
  • Wide network of contacts across Europe.
